Please arrive netball ready, short nails, no jewelry, hair tied back, sports clothing suitable for the weather/playing conditions, suitable supportive trainers, water bottle and a size 4 netball. Please bring a bag for your belongings. Please name your ball/water bottle and any clothing that you may take off (e.g. jumper, coat)
